Why should I create an account and is it safe?
Creating an account will allow you to check the status of any pending orders, check tracking progress, review history of older orders, and allow for more convenient and faster checkout of future orders by already having your name and address entered, plus aid us in providing better customer service should any issues develop with your order.
How do I create an account?
1) Click the "My Account" icon at the top right side of our site.
2) Click "Create An Account" near the bottom.
3) Fill in the fields.
4) Click "Register"
You will also be offered the opportunity to set up an account during checkout. We highly recommend setting up an account and not checking out as a guest.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account" icon at the top right hand side of our site and log in if not already logged in to edit your account information. There are "edit" buttons by fields displayed in the dashboard, and other fields can be accessed for editing by clicking the My Account category of interest from the list on the left.
How do I delete my customer account?
Please contact us by email, phone, or through live chat to request that your account be deleted and we will do so immediately
I forgot my password.
On the log in page, click on "Forgot Your Password?" just below the enter password box. Then enter your email address when prompted and click submit. You will be emailed a link to reset your password.
