How much is my shipping?

We are currently running a promotion for a flat rate $6.95 UPS Mail Innovations shipping option on orders weighing 15 ounces or less including packaging (this is the maximum weight UPS will allow for Mail Innovations shipping) on shipping within the USA . Simply add your item(s) to the shopping cart to see if it qualifies for Mail Innovations shipping.

We are also offering a flat rate $12.95 UPS Sure Post shipping option on all shipping within the continental 48 US states.

We are running a free shipping promotion for orders totaling over $49 for shipping with the continental 48 states of the USA. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. We may ship large quantity orders in more than one shipment. If you are receiving free shipping, your order will be shipped by the method of our choice. If delivery timing is especially critical to you, please contact us by telephone or email to verify availability and shipping options, or select an overnight shipping option in your shopping cart.

We also offer various Express and International methods. All of these a calculated rates based on order size, weight, and destination. To get a quote on these methods, add your items to cart, and then enter your postal code info in the shipping estimator near the bottom of the shopping cart page. You can also view shipping quotes on the checkout page after entering your shipping address info.

All prices we provide are in USD. If you pay in a foreign currency, any amount charged or refunded will automatically be converted to/from your currency to USD at the current market rate by our payment processor/financial institutions handling the transaction.

On International shipments, any type of customs or import duties or taxes that may be assessed by your country are not included in your payment to us, and you will be responsible for paying any such applicable additional charges directly to the appropriate agency of your country.
 

When will my order ship?

Most items generally ship same day when you place an order before 4 pm Central on a business day, and otherwise will ship the next business day as we stock most of what we sell. We sell a few items that are made to order or special order which ship directly from the manufacturer and separately from other items. This will be noted on the product listings of those items along with the estimated shipping time (e.g. "this item usually ships in 3-5 business days"). Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" icon at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order provided you have a customer account and didn't check out as a guest. You will receive an automated shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we ship to the USA, including military addresses (e.g. APO), Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
