What are my payment choices?

We accept Amazon Payments, Paypal, Paypal Credit (formally "Bill Me Later"), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

All prices we provide are in USD. If you pay in a foreign currency, any amount charged or refunded will automatically be converted to/from your currency to USD at the current market rate by our payment processor/financial institutions handling the transaction.

On International shipments, any type of customs or import duties or taxes that may be assessed by your country are not included in your payment to us, and you will be responsible for paying any such applicable additional charges directly to the appropriate agency of your country by a payment method they accept.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Currently NO sales tax is charged unless your order is being shipped to the State of Arkansas.

I have a question on my charges.

Click the "My Account" icon at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders if you have a customer account. You also received an order confirmation email with your charges even if you checked out as a guest. You can also retrieve orders, even if you checked out as a guest, provided you know the order number and email address used, by clicking on the "Orders and Returns" link near the bottom of our website, or clicking HERE. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the "My Account" icon at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices if you have a customer account. You can also retrieve orders, even if you checked out as a guest, provided you know the order number and email address used, by clicking on the "Orders and Returns" link near the bottom of our website, or clicking HERE. You can also contact customer service with your request.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually are issued by us within 2 business days from the time we receive your item(s) provided it meets the eligibility conditions stated in our return policy. It may take 2 to 4 additional business days for your card issuer to post the refund to your account, which is beyond our control. If you paid by Paypal, your refund will be back to your Paypal account only and will not automatically flow back further from your Paypal account to a card or bank account used to fund the transaction (if applicable).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. You will be promptly refunded if an issue develops that prevents us from being able to fulfill your order or you contact us with a cancellation request before it ships.
